Probes
Note: Probes are available for individual purchase or bundled in a Silver, Gold, or Platinum Managed Service Contract
Probes are used to monitor network protocols, databases, email, websites, SSH, remote desktops, or other admins, by sending a signal, or ping, into the specified network. The signal then comes back with information concerning the status of the network: up or down.
Standard Probes (Basic): Standard probes are the basic probe used to check on singular problems. They aren't specially programmed or modified and are used mainly to make sure there are no major problems in your network.
Advanced Probes (Custom): Advanced probes are probes which have been manually configured to monitor intricate systems and alert administrators when a certain resource is being overused. They can perform thorough inspections and make sure the smallest problems are quickly addressed. Additionally, they can monitor multiple tasks and networks at the same time.
