Every type of product we offer has special rapid deployment options to get you up and going in 10 minutes or less. Some of our products are custom configured, deployed and ready for you before you can finish reading the "Your Finished" page on our checkout page.

Can I buy several VPS's for ..... ?

You can buy as many as you want to buy and use them as you need. At some point it might become easier and cheaper to look into our dedicated server hosting. Some people use several slices as a way to add redundancy into their system.

Do you have a control panel for my VPS account?

Yes. It is available in your backroom section in the customer login. You can restore, reboot, or get support if you need to. This is different from a control panel you might have on the VPS itself such as, Cpanel or DirectAdmin.

What can I do on my VPS?

The short answer is anything that you like; as long as it doesn't violate our Acceptable Use Policy, this is your server.

What if I exceed my bandwidth amount on my VPS?

You will be notified once you get to 80% of your bandwidth limit. If you exceed it, it's only $1/GB. If you anticipate a sudden increase in your bandwidth, you might consider upgrading to a larger plan to prevent the additional bandwidth charge on your bill at the end of the month. Additionally, consider things such as mod_deflate to serve content more efficiently and maximize bandwidth.

What if I mess up my VPS?

You can reboot it. You can rebuild it, or restore it from a backup. If you do rebuild your VPS it will result in data loss. A rebuild is like formatting your hard drive and reinstalling the operating system.
