Trouble Receiving Email?
NOTE: There are many different E-mail programs but they all have a similar place where you put in your settings (SMTP, POP3, username, password, etc). Unfortunately, there are so many different E-mail programs it would be impossible to list all the settings locations here. If you don't know where your settings are browse through your menu and find one of these headings: Options, Preferences, Profiles, Settings, Servers, or similar.

It says my password is incorrect or unknown username and password?
Possible solution:
- Wait approximately 10 minutes with your email program closed to allow your mailbox to reset its status and try again.
- Check to make sure caps lock is not on.
- Please check the incoming mail server settings to make sure your username is correct.
- Please check the incoming mail server settings to make sure your incoming mail server is spelled correctly (e.g. mail.fiber.net).
Couldn't connect to host, or Mail server timed out?
Possible solution:
- Please check the incoming mail server settings to make sure your incoming mail server is spelled correctly (e.g. mail.fiber.net).
- Please check your internet service is working by trying to load a commonly used website such as www.google.com or www.fiber.net
My Mail isn't Showing Up on Time?
Possible solution:
- Send yourself a message, if you don't get it call us.
- Please check the incoming mail server settings to make sure your username is correct.
- Try sending a message to your own email address. If you don't get it within a minute or two, please contact us.
Mail starts downloading but then gets stuck or times out?
Possible solution:
- Someone has probably sent you a message that is too large to easily download. You may be able to more easily retrieve it or delete it through our webmail interface.
- If you would like us to delete the offending message or check for other problems, please contact us
