Support Pricing
Customers are encouraged to contact our support team with any comments or requests. All of our services include free technical support for current customers and cover any issue as it relates to the provided service.
Issues not related to our services may incur charges at the rates listed below, but we will provide estimates prior to performing any billable work.
We are prepared to assist customers in need of customized support and consulting. This includes any support for situations outside of contracted services.
Normal Hours are between 8 AM - 5:30 PM M-F not including Holidays. Holidays may have special pricing.
Managed Service Contracts are Available which offer a discount off the rates quoted below. See your sales person for details.
