Ike Ikeme rejoins the Fibernet team as the newly appointed VP of Sales.

Orem, UT Fibernet Corp., local ISP and provider of executive-class Colocation, is pleased to announce the recent hiring of a new executive vice president of Sales. Effective May 2, Ike Ikeme rejoined the Fibernet team after a two year hiatus, assuming responsibility for the direction and coordination of Fibernet’s sales strategies. As the newly appointed VP of Sales, Ikeme will focus on driving the continued growth and exposure of the company’s hosting and data center services.

Ikeme returns to Fibernet from Target Corporation, where he managed all aspects of Human Resources at the Orem-based SuperTarget, a $60,000,000 store with nearly 300 employees, as an Executive Team Leader.

“Ike brings back the energy and drive that contributed to his success during his first four years at Fibernet,” stated Lee Livingston, Fibernet’s CFO. “His enthusiasm for perfection coupled with the leadership experience he’s gained through his position at Target promises great things for his future as Fibernet’s VP of Sales. We are thrilled to have him back.”

During his time with Target Corporation, Ikeme pursued his MBA, emphasizing in finance and corporate strategy. “Factoring recent contractions in global markets over a spectrum of industries, I feel strongly that business education will play a significant role in charting successful market economies in the future,” said Ikeme. “My direction for Fibernet over the next few years will be to channel the knowledge and experience I’ve gained, along with Fibernet’s passion for unparalleled customer service, into hyper-growth for the entire company.”

Ikeme holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Utah Valley University and an MBA from the University of Utah.
