Fibernet Corp. updates managed services package to include a Technical Account Manager.
Orem, UT Fibernet Corp., a known leader in colocation and data center services, has updated its platinum package of Managed Services to include a Technical Account Manager. The TAM included in this elite package serves as a replacement for a business’s in-house system administrator, and will be the single point-of-contact for each company.
The Platinum managed services package will still offer all of the amenities it previously contained, including 15 hours of White Glove service and a support executive. The added benefit of having a Technical Account Manager will be easier, more dependable communication for the client with Fibernet Corp’s technical team, and more documentation of the server’s environment. The TAM will be available 24/7.
“The Technical Account Manager offered with the Platinum package saves our clients upwards of $80,000 a year,” stated Technical Operations Manager Troy Stephens. “Updating our platinum package with this new feature will give our clients more peace of mind, and replaces the need for an in-house system administrator.”
