Fibernet Recognizes Several of Utah’s Premier Philanthropic Organizations with the Launch of New Webpage

Fibernet Corp. launches “Sponsored Organizations” page on its website, which highlights a list of organizations that it actively supports in the categories of Community Action, Charity, and Business Development.

Orem, UT Fibernet Corp., a leading provider of Internet and Colocation services, has recently launched a new page on its website, located at Fibernet Charities, in an effort to recognize several of Utah's community-enriching organizations that it sponsors.

Included in the detailed listing found on Fibernet's new webpage are such organizations as United Way of Utah County, Habitat for Humanity, and the Orem-based day care and learning facility for disabled children, Kids on the Move, to name a few. The list includes a logo and short bio for each organization that depicts its individual mission and the impact it has on our society.

Lee Livingston, CFO of Fibernet Corp., said of the new page, "It seemed a great way to highlight these groups and the exceptional efforts they make daily on behalf of the community, and we take great pride in sponsoring them."

Mr. Livingston went on to say that the list didn't end with charitable institutions, but includes categories devoted to Community Action groups as well, such as the Scera Center for the Arts, Alpine School District, and the Utah Valley Chamber of Commerce; and Business Development organizations like Corporate Alliance, UVEF, and Funding Universe.

"It was important to us to credit those institutions that didn't completely fall under the umbrella of 'charities,'" said Mr. Livingston, "but still play a significant role in enhancing both the economic and cultural aspects of our community."
