We configure monitoring alerts, deploy SentinelOne EDR, establish your maintenance windows, and align your environment to your chosen service tier — NightWatch, CyberWatch, or OverWatch.
From that point forward, your infrastructure is actively monitored 24/7. Our team responds to alerts without requiring you to call in, and we meet regularly to review performance, security posture, and goals.

What’s included in White Glove Hours?
White Glove Hours are dedicated, hands-on engineering time for custom work — migrations, configurations, troubleshooting, or projects outside routine management. NightWatch includes 2 hours/month, CyberWatch includes 6, and OverWatch includes 15.
Can I upgrade tiers after I start?
Yes. Your tier can be adjusted as your infrastructure grows or your support requirements change. We’ll work with you during quarterly reviews to make sure your coverage matches your needs.
Do you manage servers hosted outside of Fibernet’s data center?
Our managed server services are primarily designed for infrastructure hosted within or connected to Fibernet’s Utah data center environment. Contact us to discuss your specific setup.
What is the contract term?
All managed server plans run on a 12-month contract.
