Mail Server Settings: Our email accounts require a small list of settings to be configured. You will need to specify your incoming mail server as a POP3 type server named “mail.fiber.net”, your username and your password. Your outgoing mail server should be “mail.fiber.net” as well and you should mark the option “outgoing server requires authentication”. It can use your same username and password for outgoing connections as incoming.

Most questions can be resolved using the tools available by logging into your dashboard.
Manage Payment Methods Online
Fibernet accepts PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We can also accept payment via ACH. Logging into your client dashboard opens up billing options, where you can add an EFT, add a Credit Card, remove a payment method, or switch between your stored options. If you have a payment due, there is an easy way to pay via PayPal with just one click!
View Balance and Payment History Online
Everything you ever wanted to know about your account is available in the Billing section of your dashboard. After logging in, clients can review any balance due, recent activity on an account, and view/print/download statements detailing previous billing cycles. There are even tools available in the Current Services section to help you monitor services with a usage component so that you can predict future billing.
Late fees are assessed at 24% APR of the open balance or $5.00, whichever is greater. Administrative fees on returned checks or other failed/rejected payments are $35.00 per occurrence.
